Manager/Sr. Manager-Pricing

Responsibilities

• Managing and enhancing the pricing process, including the development and management of pricing tools and price strategies to maximize supply and revenue growth in close coordination with marketing, merchandising operations and product team.
• Developing pricing strategies to improve competitiveness, margins and volumes
• Evaluation of competitor pricing and appropriate price comparisons.
• Refining and improving strategies based on new information becoming available in the marketplace.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consigners, advising for pricing related queries.
• Provide leadership and guidance to pricing team

Requirements

• 5- 6 year working experience in an e-commerce company within a similar role.
• Luxury fashion background is mandatory
• Analytical mindset and strong problem solving skills Proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with PowerBI is an advantage
• Innovation and continuous improvement-focused attitude
• Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills while managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
• Experience with technical product development / specifications is a bonus
• Outstanding leadership and motivational skills
