Front Office Head- Livasa Hospital

1. Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the front office team, including receptionists, patient coordinators, and support staff.
• Ensure proper training, performance evaluations, and career development for all team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges, promote collaboration, and set goals.

2. Patient Interaction and Customer Service:

• Ensure exceptional service for all patients and visitors, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Oversee patient registration, admissions, and discharge processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure that all communication with patients, families, and visitors is clear, empathetic, and professional.

3. Operational Efficiency:

• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., billing, clinical teams, and scheduling) to ensure seamless patient flow and proper documentation.
• Supervise appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out procedures, and verification of insurance details.
• Ensure the front office operates efficiently with minimal wait times, smooth handling of emergencies, and quick responses to patient needs.

4. Compliance and Protocol Adherence:

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards (including HIPAA).
• Stay up-to-date on healthcare regulations, ensuring the front office team follows all required guidelines.

5. Budget and Resource Management:

• Oversee the front office budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure cost-effective management of front office supplies and equipment.

6. Reporting and Administration:

• Prepare regular reports on front office activities, patient volume, and operational performance.
• Monitor patient satisfaction scores and implement improvements based on feedback.

7. Continuous Improvement:

• Implement continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance patient service, reduce errors, and streamline front office operations.

Identify and resolve any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in front office functions.

Hospital Experience is mandatory for this role.
