Are you passionate about data reporting, analytics, and making meaningful impact through complaint trend analysis and governance reporting? We're looking for an AVP Complaints Data & Reporting to join a high-impact team at one of the top Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop consistent and accurate reporting packages and dashboards.

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, issues, and anomalies.

- Prepare data for audits, testing, and regulatory reviews.

- Collaborate on projects to improve data integration and reporting capabilities.

- Strengthen and automate control dashboards and governance reports.

- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

- 4+ years of experience (or 6+ years in lieu of a degree)

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Data Reporting & Analysis

- Proficiency in SAS, Tableau, and Data Warehousing / Data Lakes

- Strong experience working with both structured & unstructured data

- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally

- Notice period: up to 45 days

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience in regulatory audits, internal compliance reporting

- Familiarity with complaint monitoring systems

- Excellent communication & project management skills
