We're looking for an experienced Data Science leader to manage and mentor a team of talented data scientists, drive impactful ML use cases, and work closely with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of ML use cases - from prioritization to deployment of models and tools.

- Build, validate, and document statistical & machine learning models while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

- Extract and manipulate datasets using tools such as SQL, Python, PySpark, and SAS.

- Effectively manage projects and proactively communicate with stakeholders across US and India.

- Stay updated on emerging trends in data science, ML, and the regulatory environment.

Must-Have Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field (Distance learning not accepted), or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in data science using SQL, Python, SAS, PySpark, Scala, and Hive.

- Expertise in ML algorithms (Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, XGBoost, Random Forests, Neural Networks, NLP, etc.).

- Experience with large-scale data processing and automation of ML pipelines (ModelOps).

- Strong exposure to the US credit card/banking domain.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic thinker with deep business acumen and project leadership capabilities.
