Hiring: Director / Senior Director RCM Operations

Experience: 15+ Years in US Healthcare RCM

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations for a top-tier healthcare services provider. The role demands strong expertise in managing large-scale RCM processes, including patient access, medical coding, billing, AR follow-up, denials management, and collections.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, ensuring SLA adherence, driving process improvements, and managing US client relationships at a senior level. Exposure to automation, transformation initiatives, and compliance with US healthcare regulations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage large RCM delivery teams across multiple functions

- Drive operational excellence, quality, and compliance

- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure service delivery commitments

- Implement automation, transformation, and process efficiency initiatives

- Work closely with internal stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and team development

Must-Haves:

- 15+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM operations

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client engagement skills

- Hands-on experience in managing multi-client delivery in a BPO/KPO setting

- Prior experience in P&L ownership is a plus
