Job Title : ServiceNow GRC Architect (Contract-to-Hire)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow GRC Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions within the ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. This role is crucial to driving our risk and compliance strategy through innovative and scalable technology solutions.

As the technical and strategic lead for GRC initiatives, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including risk and compliance teams, IT, and business units, to design and deliver integrated solutions that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the subject matter expert and lead architect for all ServiceNow GRC implementations and enhancements.

- Design end-to-end GRC solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration with other enterprise systems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solution roadmaps, and provide expert guidance on GRC capabilities and best practices.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC modules such as Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.

- Lead the development of automation and workflows to streamline risk and compliance processes.

- Ensure alignment of the GRC architecture with security policies, regulatory standards, and IT governance frameworks.

- Provide technical leadership to development teams and support ongoing platform optimization and innovation.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a strong focus on GRC.

- Deep understanding of ServiceNow GRC modules and platform capabilities.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and custom application development.

- Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
