• You will work closely with sales teams, service departments, and customers to promote and sell a variety of accessories that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of vehicles

Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service:Customer Interaction:Greet customers and assist them in selecting suitable accessories for their vehicles
• Provide product information, features, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions
• Sales Transactions:Process accessory sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Upsell additional accessories and related products when appropriate
• Product Knowledge:Stay informed about the latest vehicle accessories and trends in the automotive industry
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain the installation process to customers
• Inventory Management:Stock Control:Monitor and manage accessory inventory levels
• Place orders for new stock, ensuring availability of popular and in-demand accessories
• Receiving and Inspection:Receive incoming accessory shipments and inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Record and update inventory levels in the system
• Team Collaboration:Collaboration with Sales and Service Teams:Coordinate with sales teams to align accessory offerings with customer needs
• Collaborate with the service department to offer accessory installation services
• Training:Provide training to sales and service staff on new accessories and their features
• Ensure staff is knowledgeable about the benefits of different accessories
• Marketing and Promotions:Promotional Events:Plan and execute promotional events to showcase new accessories and attract customers
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials
• Customer Engagement:Engage with customers through various channels, including social media, to promote accessories
• Solicit customer feedback to enhance the accessory selection and customer experience
• Documentation and Reporting:Sales Reports:Generate and analyze accessory sales reports
• Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and inventory status
