- Compliance and Regulation: Ensuring the company adheres to relevant regulations and compliance requirements for administrative matters, such as data protection and health and safety.
- bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- CGPA 8.0 and above
- Solid Technical Knowledge in Mechanical component Design and Analysis
- Recent graduate or up to [2 years] of relevant internship or academic project experience.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for 3D modeling, simulation, and drafting like Catia V5 or V6, Solidworks, Ansys and Matlab-Simulink.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm for learning, adapting, and contributing to a dynamic start-up environment.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Masters Degree Considered
- Aerospace component design analysis and fabrication knowledge is an advantage.
