Job Description
- Undergo comprehensive training to understand the company s vision, mission, and objectives.
- Acquire a deep understanding of the electrical and electronics systems relevant to our start-up s products and services.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on the design, development, and testing of electrical and electronics components.
- Assist in creating prototypes, conducting experiments, and analyzing data to support product development.
- Contribute to researching new technologies, materials, and methodologies in the field of electrical and electronics engineering.
- Assist in analyzing market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Participate in the fabrication and assembly of prototypes for testing and validation purposes.
- Support the design and execution of electrical/electronic tests, collect data, and assist in evaluating results.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and project progress.
- Assist in generating technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and designers, to ensure holistic product development.
- Effectively communicate ideas, challenges, and progress updates to team members and supervisors.
- Identify technical challenges and contribute ideas for creative solutions.
- Work with mentors to troubleshoot issues and optimize designs for improved performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Actively seek opportunities for self-improvement and skill development.
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to [2 years] of relevant internship or academic project experience.
- Basic understanding of electrical and electronics principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for circuit design, simulation, and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic start-up environment.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
