Role & responsibilities: : Executive : Safety

• implementing & Maintaianing safety policies and procedures: maintaining a safe working environment for all employees by establishing clear guidelines and protocols.
• Conducting risk assessments and hazard identification:Identifying potential hazards in the workplace and assessing the associated risks to determine appropriate preventative measures.
• Conducting safety inspections and audits:Regularly inspecting the workplace to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify potential safety issues.
• Investigating accidents and incidents:Determining the root causes of accidents and incidents, and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Providing safety training and education:Conducting training sessions and safety campaigns to raise awareness among employees about potential hazards and safe work practices.
• Maintaining safety documentation:Keeping accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, and training records.
• Collaborating with other departments:Working with different departments to integrate safety measures into various processes.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations:Staying up-to-date with relevant safety regulations and ensuring the workplace adheres to them.
• Promoting a safety culture:Fostering a positive safety culture within the organization where employees prioritize safety in all their activities.

Key Skills : |Safety Management ISO 45001 ,Risk Assessment, HZOP ,Hazard Identification |Safety Audit | Documentation |Safety Training |Experience API Industry is Must.

Preferred candidate profile

• Exposure in API MFG
• Excellent attention to detail to identify hazards.Strong communication & leadership skills to convey guidelines to a multidisciplinary workforce.
• Experience in health and safety management and compliance.
