Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced HR recruiter to join our team and help us find and hire the best talent for our organization
- In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and other HR professionals to develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet our hiring goals
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job postings, social media, networking, and referrals
- Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews with candidates
- Conduct in-person or virtual interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and qualifications
- Check candidate references, verify employment history, and conduct background checks as necessary
- Make job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization Bachelors degree in HR, business, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools is a plus
