Tech Skills -
- Node.js, Framework (Express, StrongLoop), Jade, EJS, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL, Tomcat.
- React.js, workflows (such as Flux or Redux), JavaScript, including DOM.
- Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, MongoDB.
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token. - Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
Management Skills
- Team Management.
- Able to lead Story grooming sessions to make sure requirement is been documented clearly.
- Able to lead Sprint planning and in story.
- Able to deliver Delivered ROM (Rough order of magnitude)/ Business case Estimates.
- Able to mage Release management responsibilities to deploy code in production.
- Scope, Risk, Issue and Schedule Management.
- Tracked all tasks in daily scrum and resolving any impediments.
- Able to lead the requirement understanding sessions. - Able to Delivered roll outs using Agile Methodology.
