- Responsibility is the comprehensive oversight of all sales operations within your designated region.

- This encompasses the development and execution of annual and quarterly sales plans aimed at achieving targets and fostering growth.

- Crucially, you will be entrusted with appointing and supervising a team, ensuring their adherence to performance benchmarks and alignment with business objectives.

- Strong internal and external relationship-building is paramount, alongside a proactive approach to maintaining customer satisfaction and promptly resolving any issues. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing product development initiatives and facilitating coordination among team members.

- Your background in real estate or digital advertising industries, ideally with established connections to developers, will be advantageous.

- Guiding a team of Account Managers demands adeptness in motivation and leadership within a fiercely competitive market. Furthermore, your proficiency in engaging with senior industry executives will significantly contribute to the organization's overall success.

- Meticulous record- keeping and reporting are essential to monitor product performance and sales progression, ensuring congruence with organizational goals.

- Revenue managed minimum 30 cr monthly in B2B sales

- Results-oriented mindset with a dedication to championing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
