Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Managing the flow of general correspondence including email, papers & documents through the Head of Finance Office
- Providing operational support to internal departments and external suppliers as per-precise business requirements.
- Ensuring all confidential matters and reports pertaining to the Head of Finance office, don't leak out and are safe guarded in the department itself.
- Using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word to produce clear and concise reports.
- Ensuring that all customers related company-wide filing systems & archive records are accurate and up to date.
- Managing incoming Feedback post through online portals as well as E-mail management, and flagging relevant priorities as appropriate.
- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Dedicated to professional growth by constantly upgrading skills and participating in training opportunities.

- Good Communication
- Well versed with MS Office
