Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring smooth execution of production plans.
- Oversee line feeding, shipping, outbound logistics, gate entry, receipt, GRN, picking processes to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Monitor KPIs such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) to optimize plant performance.
