Job Description

Role Scope and Main Responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities: - To ensure Growth and manage All India Sales Operations. To Achieve the Annual Sales Targets as per the budget. To finalize and execute the Sales Policies and Strategies to achieve the Short term and Long Term Sales Growth Objectives of the company.


  • Revenue Generation: To develop and execute a comprehensive aftermarket sales strategy that focuses on generating revenue and increasing profitability for the company.
    Implement national sales strategies to achieve business goals and expand the company's market share.
  • Experience of handling After Market Operations in spare parts is a must. Work experience in the 2W & 3W segments will be added advantage.
  • To Maintain Healthy Business Relationship Management with Existing Channel Partners. To identify Weak markets and appoint New Channel Partners, where ever required.
  • Sales Process Improvement: To establish and maintain effective sales processes, tools, and systems that track sales performance, manage leads and enhance customer engagement.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor and improve the efficiency of aftermarket sales operations and related processes.
  • Pricing Strategy: To develop and implement pricing strategies that keeps the company competitive while maximizing profitability.
  • Market Analysis: To analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities and potential threats in the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to optimize profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and manage regional sales teams, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with company objectives.
  • Set sales targets for teams, monitor their performance, and provide regular feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, retailers, and other channel partners.
  • Oversee the distribution and dealer network to ensure efficient product availability and reach.
  • Address and resolve customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Provide regular sales reports, insights, and updates to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and growth areas.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical practices.
