Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Processing and calculating salaries, wages, bonuses, commissions, and other payments for employees accurately and timely.
2. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll, as well as maintaining accurate records of employee information and earnings.
3. Handle queries from employees regarding their pay and benefits, and work closely with the HRBPs to update employee data and make any necessary payroll adjustments.
4. Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed.
5. Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
6. Assist with payroll audits and provide necessary documentation.
7. Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
8. Prepare Full & Final Settlements as per Local Laws
9. Updates & Maintains employee records in Oracle payroll system for earnings and deductions such as unauthorized absences, lateness and unpaid leave
10. Check accuracy of information in final payroll report.
