Junior Executive-Travel Service

Role & responsibilities

• Manage bookings for taxis and ensure accurate and timely settlement of all related bills.
• Handle the settlement of hotel bills for employees traveling across India, ensuring all payments are processed efficiently and on time.
• Oversee the monthly reconciliation, settlement, and management of BPCL diesel cards, ensuring proper usage and timely payments at MHQ.
• Arrange and manage bus bookings for employees traveling across India, ensuring bookings meet company requirements and are cost-effective.
• Supervise company vehicles, ensuring regular maintenance, repairs, and documentation are up to date.
• Manage and process advance payments for hotel accommodations, ensuring all bookings are secured in line with company policies.
• Review and provide regular and ad-hoc reports to management as and when required.
• Continuously strive for self-development by actively seeking opportunities for growth.
• Ensure adherence to timelines for completion of performance appraisal for self.
