Assistant Manger /Dy. Manager - HR/ Admin (Pithampur)

Job Description:

This is a Plant HR & Administration Role, taking care of factory HR / Contact Labour, Admin security, transport, local liasion to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Managing Recruitment, Induction and joining
2. Day to day Contract Labour management and related compliances
3. Attendance / Payroll preparation
4. Security & Safety Compliance - Oversee plant security operations, manage security personnel, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
5. Transport Coordination Manage internal and external transport facilities for employees and movement, ensuring cost-effective and efficient transportation.
6. Housekeeping & Facility Management - Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping of factory premises office spaces, and common areas.
7. Local Liaison & Statutory Compliance - Act as a key liaison with local government authorities, regulatory bodies
8. Employee Welfare & Administrative Support - Provide administrative support for employee welfare activities
9. Budgeting & Cost Control - Prepare and manage the administrative budget for plant operations, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvements, negotiations, and efficient vendor management.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Need an Experience of 8+ yrs in a factory environment
2. Graduate with a Postgraduate Qualification / MBA HR

Salary:

Rs. 5 to 7.5 L Per Annum, However not a constraint for right candidate having right experience and qualifications
