MAN Group is a prominent player, with flagship company MAN Industries (India) Limited a NSE/ BSE listed company, is a prominent player in the league of World Class Manufacturers and Exporters of HSAW, LSAW, Line pipes and Coating systems besides ERW and SS Pipes. The Group Turnover is about Rs.3200 Cr., and the Group is well poised to double the same with the expansion of existing capacities and addition of new ERW Plant.

You must come from a company with annual Business turnover of at least Rs.1000+ Cr. You will play a crucial role in ensure continuous fund flow, Banking arrangement, Management, and sustainability of the organization.

Role & responsibilities

You will be leading a team of professionals, and will be responsible to:

• Collaborate with the Management and other key stakeholders to develop long-term and short term fund requirement aligned with the company's overall goals and vision.
• Mange Fund Based Non Fund Based Banking Limits. Working capital Management, submission of CMA to Banks for availing Banking Limits, Ratio analysis, competitors analysis,
• Liasoning with banks and financial institutions, Corporate finance and fund raising, Consortium Meeting with Bankers. Credit Rating on different types of Financial Instruments.
• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds for daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Preparation of Project Finance Report. Making CMA and Related worksheet, etc
• Monitor and manage the company's investment portfolio.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records, ledgers etc.
• Implement a Robust MIS System. Conduct financial analysis to provide insights on financial performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for data-driven decision-making.
• Enable team performance, give feedback and train team for desired competencies and output.

Rs. 30 to 35 Lakh / annum, (Not a constraint for Right Candidate)

Qualifications and Experience:

C.A, / MBA (Finance) with 15 to 20 Year of Experience

1. Around 15 to 20 year of experience out of which at least 3 year as finance lead.

2. Strong financial acumen and data crunching ability

3. Demonstrated experience in successful fundraising.

4. Familiarity with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
