Senior HR Executive

• Oversee the complete Employee Life Cycle for designated branches, ensuring seamless transitions from onboarding to offboarding.
• Provide daily updates on planned and completed tasks to the Head of HR.
• Maintain accurate HRIS and employee databases on a monthly basis as needed.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job opening to closure within specified timelines.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, conduct negotiations, and facilitate offer releases.
• Design and implement efficient onboarding procedures and induction training programs.
• Handle performance evaluations, promotions, transfers, and exit processes including the issuance of necessary documents.
• Facilitate smooth exit handovers and ensure timely Full and Final settlement.
• Uphold company policies regarding discipline and decorum.
• Conduct meetings with employees, line managers, and HR leadership.
• Prepare salary input sheets and collaborate with Admin & Payroll teams for salary processing.
• Monitor team attendance for payroll purposes and provide necessary inputs to Admin HR.
• Follow up with Admin HR for salary account openings and ensure completion before disbursement.
• Manage requisitions, coordination, and tracking of company assets.
