Head - Export Sales - Oil & Gas Vertical (12-22 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Development and Intelligence

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the O&G segment.

- Analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide actionable insights.

2. Business Development

- Identify and engage with valve manufacturers and O&G companies to generate inquiries and build a robust sales pipeline.

- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's footprint in MEA.

3. Approvals and Certifications

- Drive the process of obtaining necessary certifications and approvals from major O&G companies, including ADNOC, ARAMCO, PDO, KNPC, and others.

- Liaise with regulatory authorities and certification bodies to ensure compliance with local and international standards.

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas segment, with a strong focus on export sales, business development, and strategy formulation.

- Should have experience selling industrial equipments, fittings, bearings, valves, flanges etc.

- Proven expertise in securing global certifications and managing key relationships.

- Knowledge of certifications and approvals processes for major O&G companies (e.g., ADNOC, ARAMCO, PDO, KNPC).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
