Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue targets in alignment with the companys growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI and enterprise sectors, leveraging existing networks and generating leads through proactive outreach.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, to understand their business needs and position our software solutions effectively.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to drive coordinated efforts in delivering value to customers and prospects.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to the India Sales Head to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and expand business opportunities.
Requirements
  • MBA from a reputable institution.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling software/solutions to the BFSI and enterprise sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive new customer acquisition and achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the South and occasionally nationally as required.
