Job Description

Experiencewith Relativity/iConect/any other industry standard platform
Involvedin 2 simultaneous projects across 1 to 2 clients depending on the client andproject size
Client-facingrole
Providesdaily status reports and metrics to PM
Createreview, breach review and QC workflows in conjunction with PM; responsible forimplementation of these workflows
PerformsQA on the batches being released by their team members (post QC); identifyerror trends and create remedial actions
Works withTeam Leaders on queries (if TL is unable to resolve)
Hands onexperience for technical and project guidelines; is a technical coach for theMDR and CIR TLs
CreateSTRs, targeted searches, layouts, choices, fields, batching, run analytics forprojects
Monitorshourly productivity metrics and performs QA on reviewed data
Responsiblefor quality and productivity of projects
Team andPerformance Management
o Shareregular feedback (weekly) with team members; document feedbacks
o Dailybriefing and debriefing of projects, ensuring there is no communication gap asfar as project protocols are concerned


Requirements
Must be attorney
Worked as APM for at least 1-2 years; totaleDiscovery experience of at least 4-5 years
Work from office
Legal support/technical background required
Technical experience including SharePoint,Advanced Excel
Excellent English verbal and written skills
Flexible to work in shifts as per projectrequirements
Must be a team worker
