Job Description

Service Delivery: Lead a team of legal professionals experienced in Alternative Legal ServiceProvider (ALSP) work, including e-discovery, document review, cyber incident response,collections, claim evaluation, witness preparation, contract management, DSAR andcompliance reviews to ensure timely, accurate and smooth service delivery.

Tech Enablement: Must be able to leverage technology for efficient client deliverables. Thecandidate must have significant experience with litigation technology platforms like Relativity,Reveal or DISCO, Collection methodologies/ tools, and familiarity with other Gen AI toolsrelevant to the business. Must be able to bring in new technologies, improve current systemsand if required create new system to improve services and delivery.

Process Enhancement: Contribute to the development and improvement of workflowmanagement system, identifies, and implements opportunities of process improvementacross service lines to gain efficiencies and cost savings. Must be well versed with the systemand processes of time sheet management, work allocation and invoicing.

Client Development: Support in new client acquisition by introducing, meeting, andparticipating in customer meetings, presenting, and discussing the companys capabilities anddeliveries. Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients for upsell and crosssell. The role will involve collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance clientsatisfaction and business growth.

Business Management: Responsible for managing the ROI and expense related to businessoperations including budgeting, financial management, and process improvements.Contribute insights to decision-making processes, coordinate with senior leadership and keystakeholders.

Team Leadership: Mentor, lead, and foster growth within the team, promoting a collaborativeand high-performance culture. Handle the day-to-day management of the team. Responsiblefor team performance and periodical reviews. Must be able to expand the team as perbusiness requirements and keep the team always motivated.

Legal Expertise: Should be able to provide subject matter advice on moderate to complexlegal matters while ensuring high-quality services to both domestic and international clients.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university; Masters degree (LL.M) orequivalent is preferred

Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a reputed ALSP.

Proven track record of service delivery, managing and developing client relationships.

Strong leadership, management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Worked with promoters/ founders and senior leadership will be preferred.

High level of integrity, professional ethics and ready to work in a growing/demandingenvironment.
