Job Description

Weare seeking a dynamic and results-oriented OEM Sales Head to lead our salesefforts in the rapidly evolving Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS)market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executingstrategic sales plans to achieve significant growth within the OEM sector. Thisrole requires a deep understanding of ADAS technologies, strongrelationship-building skills, and a proven track record of success inautomotive OEM sales.
 
KeyResponsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share within the OEM sector.
  • Identify and target key OEM accounts, understanding their specific needs and requirements.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

OEM Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at OEM clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for OEM customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales agreements.
  • Manage and resolve any customer issues or concerns.

Product and Technical Expertise:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our ADAS product portfolio and its technical capabilities.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our ADAS solutions to OEM clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to OEM clients.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with the legal and finance departments for contract management and financial tracking.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12 to  20 years of experience in automotive OEM sales, with a proven track record of success in the ADAS sector.
  • Deep understanding of ADAS technologies, including camera systems, radar, LiDAR, and software algorithms.
  • Strong network of contacts within the automotive OEM industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently as required.
  • Strong understanding of automotive industry quality standards.
