IT Specialist Testing (ID 983)

• 5-8 years of experience with Test Management and Automation testing UI and API automation
  
• Plan, track and estimate product test activities.
  
• Working experience in developing test plans, test metrics, reports, and results in JIRA.
  
• Passionate about automated testing: Manage / drive testing - unit tests, system tests, regression.
  
• Provide technical guidance as well hands on management for all product life cycle.
  
• Hands-on implementing Quality Gates
  
• Understand user stories/requirements, application, test automation requirements and translate to design and implementation of framework tests.
  
• Expert in at least one test management tool such as JIRA, Xray, HP ALM, TestRail, Zephyr etc.
  
• Expert in version control tools such as Git/TFS and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members business analysts, developers and management to build and refine test cases.
  
• Experience working in Scrum-based Agile teams
  
• Take initiatives to train and mentor associates.
  
• Ability to ramp up quickly in a new environment and work independently with minimum help.
  
• Proactively raise, suggest, and discuss improvement areas and issues related to people, processes, technology, quality and delivery with group manager and higher management.
