TheKey Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio ofkey accounts, while also actively hunting for new business opportunities. Thisrole requires a blend of strategic account management, sales acumen, andrelationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, driven,and customer-focused professional with a proven track record of success in bothaccount management and sales.
Key Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for 1 assigned key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
Sales and Business Development (Account Hunting):
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target markets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new key accounts.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify potential clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Network heavily within the industry.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client service and project execution.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales data in CRM system.
Requirements
Qualification: BE/BTech
Candidate must have 8 15 Years of experience in Account management; Sales; Account Hunting
Proven track record of success in key account management and sales.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
