Job Description
- Manage a team of 15-20 document review/data breach specialists reviewing documents for first level review (tag documents for responsive, not responsive, hot, relevant/ noteworthy), second level review, subjective coding and redfern requests/ performing data mining
- Work closely with PM/APM providing inputs on keywords to create searches and validations
- Query handling, preparing query log and discussing with APM/PM
- Conducting briefing sessions/ sharing daily updates as received from Counsel
- Perform stratified random sampling/ QC on reviewed/extracted data
Requirements- Responsible for achieving individual reviewer productivity
- Team management : Providing refresher training to reviewers and giving daily performance feedback
- 2-4 yearsexperience as a document reviewer and QC, assisted team lead in managing projects
- If they have min of 1-2 yearsexperience of working as Team Lead
- Responsible for achieving individual reviewer productivity
