Job Description

TheIncumbent will be responsible for all facets of Business operations ADASsupport including parts, customer support, product troubleshooting and serviceto support the sales strategy and drive growth in markets.

RoleExpectations:
Handling all the operation of IT & BMS
Record keeping of devices - RGP,returned devices etc.
To ensure up keeping of all devicesat customer end
Customer grievance handling
Work as single window for allcustomer complaints
Coordination with technical team forresolving customer issues
To understand cause & decide devicereplacement / repair on site
Establish relationships with theBusiness partners. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Timely processes of purchase ordersand quotes
Establishing and maintaining strongrelationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Maintain strong customer orientationfocus and improve customer after sales experience
Monitor product performance inmarket and develop solutions to deliver customer satisfaction
Liaise with key suppliers tounderstand their after sales provisions and warranty procedures.
Support the sales strategy anddriving business growth
Leading the team of Installation & service professional
Insuring timely installation & service after sales
Fulfilment of customer query &complaints
Making MIS report and sending tocustomer on a daily & monthly basis
Implementing new update & featuresin field
Supporting & Guiding field team ontechnical issues

Requirements

BE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering orIndustrial engineering with 8 - 20 years of experience incustomer success and operations role

Preferred currently working withfleet owners or product company

Mechanical knowledge within thetransport equipment and/ or automotive industry
