Job Description

We are looking for an astute anddynamic Lead - Strategy to join ourteam. You will be responsible for steering our strategic planning efforts andidentifying promising business opportunities. You will be working closely withthe Chairman, who is a young dynamic engineer passionate about transforming theorganization through the latest technology with fresh ideas. The role willentail excellent career growth opportunities to a SBU head or CXO role.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for working with theboard of directors & CXO\u2019s in Setting long-term & short termvision and drive strategy across all business verticals.

Leading & ownership oflaunching new products & business verticals in domestic as well as exportmarket

Creating strategies for externalpartnerships - mergers, acquisitions and JVs

Leading & coordinatinginternal audit across all functions through external agencies

Setting Key Performance Metrics,quarterly performance targets for all regions & departments &monitoring them

Leading Dashboards/MISimplementation project

Identification of right ERPpartners & implementation of the same & new technology relatedinitiatives

Creating & improving SOP\u2019s& processes across all departments such as production, planning, HR, sales,marketing, R&D, design, quality etc.

Reporting directly to the CMD andrepresenting the CMD on new initiatives.

Requirements

Minimumhaving 3 - 10 years of Experience in Business Excellence Role

Experiencein the manufacturing industry.

Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal.

Strongunderstanding & experience of working in the manufacturing sector is aplus.

Proven experiencein consulting, strategic planning, technology and business development.
