IT Specialist - AI/ML, RPA

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learningmodels to solve complex business problems.
  
• Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots following Organizations internal governance.
  
• Implement AI algorithms for predictive analyticsand natural language processing (NLP).
  
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learningmodels for accuracy and performance.
  
• Work with data engineers to gather, pre process,and clean data for model training.
  
• Automate business processes across variousdomains to improve efficiency.
  
• Identify automation opportunities andrequirements in collaboration with different stakeholders.
  
• Communicate technical solutions effectively tonon-technical team member
  
• Demonstrate competency in process and systemdesign, delivery, requirements assessment, improvement, and business logic.
  
• Have a sound understanding of 3PL/4PL/LLPbusiness processes and interdependencies

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms.
  
• Experience with ML/AI frameworks and RPA tools.
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such asPython, Java, or C#.
  
• Familiarity with data processing and analysislibraries.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms.
  
• Strongunderstanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data integration techniques
