Design and implement target campaigns by having a thorough understanding of the target audience and work towards segmentation identification, proposition mapping and design
Follow-through on contacts and leads created to generate and accelerate sales pipeline
Update company collateral design creative collateral based on target profiling
Brand Strategy: Craft and implement brand strategies that stand out in a crowded marketplace. Develop new identities that challenge traditional norms while staying true to the brandcore values.
Creative Campaigns: Design and oversee creative campaigns that mix the avant-garde with the everyday.
Development and execution of focused direct marketing campaigns (inside sales) to develop high value leads
Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve by anticipating trends and leading the charge in new creative territorieswhether itthrough pop culture references, emerging technologies, or entirely new creative directions.
Content Creation : Build creative content across the company: proposition decks, videos, battle cards, podcasts, flyers, blogs, etc.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure that the creative vision is executed consistently across all touchpoints. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, impactful communications
Requirements
Bachelordegree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A masterdegree in marketing / visual communication preferred, from Top tier B-school
Work experience in an advertising or direct marketing firm and/or in the marketing department of a technology solutions / KPO / Consulting firm
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail.
Navigate a matrix organization and be able to influence people at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work with design tools eg: Figma
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the legal industry or technology industry. Proven experience of running online B2B campaigns.
Understanding on building and executing thought leadership content and programs.
Experience of designing and running international B2B direct marketing campaigns
Deep understanding of S-T-P (segmentation, targeting, and positioning)
