Manager - Social Media (1-5 yrs)

Job Description

- SEO Management: Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page SEO, and improve overall search engine rankings.

- Social Media Marketing (SMM): Plan, implement, and manage SMM campaigns across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Social Media Optimization (SMO): Optimize social media profiles and posts to increase visibility, engagement, and follower growth.

- Content Creation & Writing: Write engaging and creative content for social media posts, blogs, and other digital channels.

- Social Media Ads Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage paid social media ads on various platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and create regular reports to track KPIs and campaign success.

- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and foster a positive online community.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

- Experience with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of SEO, SMM, SMO, and digital marketing strategies.

- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).

- Must be certified in Social Media Marketing, SEO, or a related field.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
