Marks & Spencer - Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing (2-3 yrs)

Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

- Responsible for Analyzing daily marketing campaigns and reporting KPIs.

- Data & insights representation to stakeholders within & outside the team.

- Creating data-based recommendations for campaign managers to optimize campaigns.

- Critical and in-depth analysis of third-party analytics and campaign management tools Google Analytics, Search Ad 360, etc to measure and analyze the campaign impact and provide actionable insights.

- Responsible for leading and managing Amazon marketplace for Performance Ads, brand store & A+ content.

- Overview of Google Search Ads, FB Ads, and DV360 Ads campaigns.

- Managing website SEO with Site Operations for tech implementations, Meta details, H1 tags, and On-page content.

- Experimentation is key at M&S and should have an eye for new things to be done across marketing platforms.

- Should have a good understanding of ad copy, creative, and landing pages.

Skills Requirements:

- Should have hands-on experience with Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics.

- Understanding of Amazon Ads, Google Ads, FB, and/or DV360 is good to have

- Having an eye for error to solve problems quickly
