Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):
- To develop an Annual marketing plan and strategy for the region basis various store performance metrics.
- Accountable for driving store footfalls and sales of all the stores in the region.
- Timely implementation of key marketing programs for the region - Mall branding, cross-promotional Tie-ups & Events etc.
- New Store launches: Develop marketing strategy and plan for new store launches and their support plan to sustain footfalls.
- Monitor the performance of each store per the key metrics- weekly, monthly, and yearly.
- Regular visits to all stores in the region to understand the market, and consumers, analyze competition numbers, and identify catchments and other marketing opportunities.
- To be a coordinator between Mall management, store manager, regional stakeholders and the Marketing vertical of M&S.
- Submit Weekly competition reports covering live promotions in stores.
- Manage cross-tie-ups in the region and have relationships with non-competing brands to develop various marketing opportunities.
- Integrate the Mall Marketing Calendar in the Store Marketing Plans.
- Evaluation of ROI for all regional marketing activations and initiatives.
- Management of Vendors for implementing the various Marketing Plans.
- Monitor all costs and set up processes for the efficient processing of all invoices and the supply of management information.
- Ensure Tight Control of the Regional Budget with Regular Reconciliation.
- Keep track of regional store-wise spending to make sure it's optimally spent.
- Be the voice of local regional consumer insights and regional needs and playback to the internal teams.
- Deliver consistent External Communication across all stores as per set standards. adapt as per India requirements.

- Needs to be a go-getter, driving alliances and spotting local opportunities for the brand to leverage
- Negotiation Skills - Getting better costs from various vendors while not compromising on quality and time.
- Data Analytical Skills, Understanding of retail metrics and performance for store
