Senior Java Developer - Spring Frameworks (5-7 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer who is passionate about software design, clean architecture, and modern development practices. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining complex enterprise applications, microservices, and APIs within a high-performance engineering team. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable Java-based enterprise applications.

- Work extensively with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security to build robust backend services.

- Develop and deploy microservices architecture to support scalable and distributed systems.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices in software engineering.

- Design and optimize RESTful APIs to support front-end and mobile application integrations.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.

- Debug and resolve software defects, performance issues, and production incidents.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, data scientists, and QA teams.

- Contribute to system design discussions and help define technical direction and architecture.

- Mentor junior developers and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong command of Java (Java 8 and above).

- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA.

- Solid experience in building and deploying microservices using REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.

- Good understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and OOPs concepts.

- Strong experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and knowledge of JPA/Hibernate.

- Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing codebases and queries.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality results.
