Job Description
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer with 1012+ years of experience to join our team.
This role demands deep expertise in Azure Data Services, AWS cloud solutions, and Azure Synapse Analytics, along with proven leadership experience in managing complex data engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines across Azure and AWS platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and guide architecture decisions.
- Develop, test, and deploy ETL/ELT processes in Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Databricks.
- Optimize cloud storage, data models, and compute environments for performance and cost.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and security across cloud platforms.
Requirements :
- 1012+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Azure (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake).
- Proven experience in AWS data stack (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, etc.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and distributed data systems.
- Experience with modern data orchestration and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Willing to work from 3 : 00 PM IST onwards.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Azure/AWS certifications.
- Experience working in global teams or client-facing roles.
- Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
