Job Description
TEAM MEMBER MANAGING LAB TESTING FOR MODEL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY (CRASH AND SLED).
Responsibilities:
1)PLANNING & EXECUTION OF DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT TEST REQUIREMENTS.
2)UNDERSTANDING THE LAB CRASH/SLED TESTING AND EXECUTION.
3)TEAM MANAGEMENT AND IMPART TRAINING
Competency Requirements:-
Functional:
1)EXPERIENCE IN
a.AWARENSS OF AIRBAG TESTING, SIMULATION USING SLED SYSTEM.
b.UNDERSTNADING OF VEHICLE LEVEL CRASH TESTING [FULL FRONTAL, OFFSET, SIDE AND NCAP]
2)AWARENESS ON REGAULATIONS RELATED TO CRASH TESTING, SLED TESTING.
Behavioral:
TEAM PLAYER, GOOD ANALYTICAL/ PRESENTATION SKILLS & DECISION-MAKING SKILLS.
FUTURE PLANNING & CONCEPUALIZATION THINKING. SUBORDINATE DEVELOPMENT & MOTIVATIONAL SKILLS.
Specific Expertise:
OPENNESS TO LEARNING, CREATIVE, INNOVATIVE APPROACH, SHARING EXPERIENCE, SKILLFUL TRAINER & DISSEMINATE LEARNING IN RELATED FIELD TO GROUP
