Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Relationship Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in growing the customer base, maintaining long-term relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Executive Duties:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Deliver product/service presentations to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track all interactions in CRM tools.

Relationship Executive Duties:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Resolve client issues and complaints quickly and effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to clients on product enhancements or changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client relationship roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
