Position - ERP Sales BDE

Location - Noida Sector 62 ( On-Site )

Company - Mckinsol Technologies

Timing - 7:00pm to 4:00am ( U.S Shift )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
  
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our enterprise software products.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality sales presentations and demos.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed targets.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in SaaS sales or similar field (ERP Sales, Software Solution Sales).
  
• Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting revenue targets.
  
• Strong understanding of US market dynamics and international sales processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
