Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for US IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various job boards such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Job Diva, Ceipal to source top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in US IT staffing or permanent placement industry.
- Proficiency in using multiple job boards like Dice, C2C platforms like Upwork/Freelance etc., H1B sponsorship knowledge preferred.
- Strong understanding of W2 employment regulations and compliance requirements.
