Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent through various channels such as Dice, C2C, H1B, W2, US IT Recruitment, and other sources.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screens, technical interviews, and reference checks for prospective hires.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of US IT market trends and regulations (W2/C2C/H1B).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using tools like Dice or similar platforms for job posting creation.
