Role Description :
- The Product Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing product training programs for company.
- The role focuses on ensuring all sales / other employees are equipped with in-depth product knowledge and achieve required competency scores.
- The manager will conduct state-wise physical training sessions and ensure ongoing coaching through regular calls.

- The Product Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing product training programs for company .
- The role focuses on ensuring all sales / other employees are equipped with in-depth product knowledge and achieve required competency scores.
- The manager will conduct state-wise physical training sessions and ensure ongoing coaching through regular calls.
Responsibilities :
- Product Training: Develop and deliver detailed training modules on company products to the sales team / other team members, ensuring deep product knowledge and understanding.
- Competency Assessment: Monitor and ensure sales employees meet the required knowledge and competency scores through assessments and evaluations.
- Query Resolution: Address and resolve sales employees' product-related queries to support their field operations.
- State-wise Training: Conduct physical training sessions across different states, ensuring consistent training delivery and engagement.
- Coaching Calls: Lead and manage regular coaching calls to provide continuous learning and support to the sales team.
- Training Program Management: Continuously improve training materials, methods, and delivery based on feedback and industry best practices.
- Performance Tracking: Track the impact of training programs on sales performance and report findings to management.
