Automotive Seat Design and Development

Mandatory Skills

Relevant experience in automotive complete seat design and development.
Product knowledge of automotive seating system including Foam, Plastic, Structure, Seat covers, Comfort Elements, etc.
Experience in full product lifecycle management spanning from concept generation, design development, product validation (as per global regulation), product launch execution to post-production support.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Strong practitioner of basic engineering processes, analytical and problem-solving skills and with capability of out-of-the-box thinking.
Working Experience in UG NX
Preferred skills and Qualification:

B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E - Mechanical, Automobile.
