About the Role:
A strategic and operational leadership role focused on building retail capability, enhancing customer experience, and developing a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Retail Training & Academy to equip retail staff (company & franchise) with top-tier skills.
- Develop & implement a strategic training roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Create and manage a best-in-class Retail Academy to ensure a ready pipeline of store talent.
- Enhance training programs in Customer Experience, Product Knowledge, Selling Skills & Process Excellence.
- Integrate technology solutions (LMS, e-learning) to scale and optimize training.
- Establish strategic partnerships with external content creators, faculty, and training providers.
- Measure training impact through success metrics, certification processes, and feedback loops.
- Manage training budgets and drive cost-effective learning solutions.
- Lead & develop a team of training professionals to drive capability-building initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 15+ years of experience in retail training or similar fields.
- Proven expertise in setting up & managing a Training Academy.
- Strong leadership experience in training teams within a sales & service-driven environment.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design & digital learning solutions.
- Excellent strategic thinking, collaboration, and people management skills.
