Role Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with additional responsibilities as an Account Manager. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in driving the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads, while also nurturing and managing relationships with existing clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend the excitement of sales development with the relationship-building aspects of account management. Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

- Proactively identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and effectively prioritize them for the closure team

Sales Outreach:

- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team.

- We have an office presence in India & US, and with 6+ years of expertise in the XR domain, the company is a go-to option for global brands for driving real business outcomes with enhanced engagement & conversions including Asian Paints, Stellantis, Lexus, HUL, Mahindra, MG Motor, and Titan to name a few.

- Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the value proposition of our products/services.

CRM Management:

- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Provide regular reports on lead generation and demo scheduling activities. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

- Effectively communicate product benefits to both potential clients Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the closure team to share insights, feedback, and best practices.

- Work closely with marketing to align strategies for lead generation.. Metrics and Targets:

- Meet and exceed defined key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets.

Continuous Improvement:

- Actively seek feedback and participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills.

- Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales development and lead generation. (2-4 years)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Understanding of the industry and market trends.

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
