Mern Full Stack Developer

Role & Responsibilities

Frontend Development (React.js)

• Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React.js and modern component libraries

(e.g., MUI, Tailwind).

• Ensure high performance across devices and browsers.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage application state (Redux, Context API, etc.).

Backend Development (Node.js & Express.js)

• Design and develop secure, scalable APIs and server-side logic using Node.js and

Express.js.

• Optimize performance, handle middleware, and ensure clean architecture

(MVC/MVVM).

• Integrate 3rd-party APIs, services, and databases.

Database Management (MongoDB)

• Design schema, implement data models, and manage MongoDB collections using

Mongoose.

• Write ecient queries, perform indexing, and optimize data operations.

DevOps & Collaboration

• Work with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and PMs in an Agile/Scrum setup.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in peer code reviews.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience working with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js,

Node.js).

• Pro

cient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frontend frameworks.

• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with Git, debugging tools, and basic server management.
• Familiarity with deployment (Heroku, AWS, Vercel, Netlify, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
