Detailed Job Description:

• Ensuring smooth continuity of Operations. Conducting Mocks and Live Operations as per Regulatory guidelines
• Performing Daily checks relating applications and URLs
• Preparation of MIS and other data.
• Understanding the Systems and process relating to Market Operations, Surveillance and Listing
• Upload of data / daily files on website
• Contract generation and other periodic activities as per the guidelines issued by regulator.
• Keeping track of corporate actions and affecting the same in live.
• Attend and conduct of Mock Trading/Live Trading from Disaster Recovery site and special trading sessions
• Conduct UAT testing and preparation of BRS.
• Keeping track of SEBI/RBI circulars, system Development in line with regulatory requirement to ensure compliance.

Skillset Required:

• Knowledge of Indian Securities market value chain, the market infrastructure institutions (MIIs) and in particular Exchange activities.
• Understanding of the regulatory framework including SEBI regulations, circulars and assess its impact on the operations.
• Should be able to participate in regulatory policy formulating initiatives of SEBI.
• Ability to proactively contribute to system enhancement and automation of activities.
• Should possess good inter-personal and communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• The selected candidate will be responsible for day to day market operations activities. Handling Live and Mock sessions by executing smooth operations of BOD, intraday and EOD activities of the assigned segments.
• The candidate will ensure timely and accurate completion of operational activities in compliance with regulated guidelines and operational checklist provided.
• The candidate should be willing to work in shifts as per timings mentioned above and on Saturdays for Mocks or adhoc activities.
• Apart from day to day operations, candidate is also expected to conduct UAT and maintain test environments. Given below are few of the major activities to be handled.
