IT Asset Manager (6-10 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets-hardware, software, licenses, and cloud subscriptions-for a leading listed organization based in Gurgaon. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring compliance, optimizing asset utilization, and collaborating across finance, procurement, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT asset management policies and procedures.

- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets using asset management tools.

- Oversee procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of hardware.

- Manage software licenses and cloud subscriptions for compliance and optimization.

- Analyze asset usage to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Collaborate with finance and procurement on budgeting and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

- Support audits and generate reports on inventory and compliance.

- Manage vendor relationships for asset procurement and disposal.

- Contribute to IT disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

- Oversee secure and sustainable asset disposal processes.

Qualifications:
